complete the Traditional Byzantine Icon.
You will learn how to prepare an

Sankir , veneda, etc.
Every participant of the Valentin’s Icon painting masterclass will receive personal
instructions and guidance.
Also you will witness the demonstration of the Icon painting:
During the workshop Valentin will paint the Icon in front of you on oversize board to illustrate and explain each step of the Icon creating.
During the workshop Valentin also will discuss with you following subjects: History and the styles of Iconography.

different painting and finishing techniques, gold leafing techniques, offer you different formulas for traditional temperas, recipes for mixture of traditional Iconographic colors and discuss with you a number of related issues.
